Long time favourite among the sophisticated set on the Chiang Mai Gay scene, Glass Onion, has spawned a new gay friendly venue across the soi called Cosmos. This open fronted venue is very chic with a completely black decor and serving a similar drinks repertoire to the Glass Onion. A couple of the Bon Tong boys popped in to have a look last night and were impressed. The bar was full with a mixed crowd, mainly younger farangs and the staff were friendly and efficient; as well as a couple of cute guys there 
The same owner has also opened a wine store called Shoppe right next door (and directly opposite Glass Onion).
