Tonight will see the opening of a great new bar in Chiang Mai, just in time for Songkran celebrations. Located in Chang Puek district, just of Chottana Road, G-Star Vintage will be a great addition to Chiang Mai’s main gay district and should attract even more young gay Thais to the area.
In the last eighteen months we have witnessed the massive popularity of See Man Pub, the first real gay mega club in Chiang Mai so G-Star Vintage, which has an excellent reputation in Bangkok will be a worthy new entrant. The location is close to a number of popular late night venues so will be in a good position to capitalise on the gay market.

Heading out of the city on Chottana from Kuangsing turn left at the soi with The Pizza Company on the corner (opposite Krung Thai Bank), G-Star vintage is 50m up on the right.

Yes, it’s 500M North of the Superhighway. Before the turn off for Chang Puek Police Station and the lake. Pizza Company is on the corner of the soi. There is now a Google map on our guide page
